1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Texas Logo Designs.
2. Services
Texas Logo Designs provides graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, brand identity, and related visual design work. All services are subject to availability and our completion of a design brief.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are as specified in your chosen package. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial concept delivery. Requests beyond the included revision limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final approved design transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not transfer rights to rejected concepts.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after all included revision rounds, we will provide a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project completion.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or materials required for your project. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
Texas Logo Designs' liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Houston, Texas.
